Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets in coordination with relevant departments.
∎ Conduct detailed cost analysis for garments, including raw materials, trims, and production overhead.
∎ Analyze cost variances and provide management with timely reports and recommendations.
∎ Collaborate with merchandising, production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure accurate costing and budgeting.
∎ Review Bill of Materials (BOM), Standard Costing, and Consumption Reports for accuracy.
∎ Monitor actual expenditures against the budget and report any significant deviations.
∎ Assist in preparing cost sheets for new product developments or buyer quotations.
∎ Maintain cost accounting records in compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
∎ Support internal and external audit teams with documentation and analysis as required.
∎ Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

The candidate must be experienced in garments cost accounting and budgeting processes, and capable of contributing to strategic decision-making through actionable financial insights.
