Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a relevant discipline.

Candidates with relevant professional qualifications will receive preference.

C&F Coordination & Customs Clearance.

Banking & Import Procedures

Verify import-related documents and ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Collect import documents from banks and coordinate with C&F agents for customs clearance.

Follow up with C&F agents to ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported goods without demurrage.

Ensure proper utilization of applicable SRO benefits in favor of the company.

Verify and confirm appropriate HS Codes before submitting documents to C&F agents.

Ensure compliance with the prevailing Import Policy Order and related regulations before LC issuance.

Verify compliance with bonded warehouse licensing conditions and applicable bond regulations before opening LCs.

Review and verify Proforma Invoices (PI) before LC issuance.

Coordinate with banks, C&F agents and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth import operations.
