Accounts Executive

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts in compliance with company policies and Bangladesh accounting standards.

Prepare and review invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment transactions.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation with suppliers and customers.

Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports.

Assist in preparing tax returns, VAT, and ensuring compliance with NBR regulations.

Support management with budget planning, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as required.

Ensure timely payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
