Responsibilities & Context
Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
Generate invoices, bills, pay slips
Maintain cash book, bank reconciliation and general ledger.
Prepare and process payments, receipts and journal entries.
Maintain and update accounting records and supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
Coordinate with auditors and other departments for financial matters.
Support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and Tally/Accounting Software.
preparing balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
