1. Practical experience in interior design marketing, office furniture marketing, and furniture sales is mandatory.
2. Previous experience in an interior design firm, interior construction company, furniture company, or related industry is required.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and social media marketing.
4. Practical understanding of Facebook Marketing, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Social Media Management.
5. Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, conduct sales meetings, and close business deals.
6. Experience in B2B sales, corporate client management, and project-based sales.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.
9. Good command of both Bangla and English.
10. Ability to work independently, take initiative, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
11. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, project visits, and business development activities.
Responsibilities & Context
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior design, interior construction, office furniture, and corporate furniture.
2. Generate leads and acquire new clients from corporate offices, banks, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, commercial establishments, and other potential sectors.
3. Conduct client visits, arrange business meetings, present company services, and maintain strong professional relationships.
4. Understand client requirements and prepare or coordinate quotations, proposals, presentations, and project-related offers.
5. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and increase sales.
6. Manage and optimize marketing activities across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant digital platforms.
7. Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into confirmed projects and sales orders.
8. Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients, existing customers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and corporate decision-makers.
9. Explore new markets, identify business trends, and develop effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
10. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
11. Prepare periodic sales reports, maintain client records, and report progress to management.
12. Coordinate with the design, technical, and project teams to ensure effective communication throughout the sales process.
