1. Manage and monitor all company-owned and hired vehicles.

2. Prepare and maintain daily vehicle movement schedules and duty rosters.

3. Ensure timely vehicle servicing, maintenance, and necessary repairs.

4. Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle-related expenses.

5. Maintain vehicle documents, including registration, fitness, tax token, insurance, and route permits.

6. Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle assignments, schedules, and operational requirements.

7. Ensure drivers follow company rules, traffic laws, and safety regulations.

8. Verify vehicle logbooks, fuel bills, repair bills, and other transportation expenses.

9. Arrange emergency vehicle support and resolve transportation-related problems.

10. Monitor driver attendance, discipline, performance, and driving behavior.

11. Prepare monthly transport expense reports and submit them to management.

12. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth transportation support.

13. Ensure proper utilization of company vehicles and minimize unnecessary expenses.

14. Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
