Professional training or certification in LPG Operations, Fire Safety, or HSE will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context
Oversee and manage the overall LPG plant and operational activities.
Ensure safe operation of LPG storage, bottling, filling, handling, and distribution systems.
Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor daily production, cylinder filling, stock movement, and distribution activities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain and monitor LPG inventory, cylinder stock, and other operational materials.
Coordinate with the Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, and Accounts departments for smooth business operations.
Ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness of plant machinery, equipment, and vehicles.
Identify operational risks and take necessary preventive and corrective actions.
Supervise and guide operational employees and ensure effective manpower utilization.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Monitor operational costs and take initiatives to minimize unnecessary expenses.
Ensure proper implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure emergency preparedness.
Maintain liaison with relevant government authorities, regulatory bodies, vendors, and service providers when required.
Investigate operational issues and implement appropriate solutions for continuous improvement.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
