ACI Motors has recently launched its Passenger Car Business (GWM) and requires dedicated spare parts management to ensure smooth after-sales service operations. Therefore, an Assistant Manager – Spare Parts is required to oversee spare parts planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, parts availability, and timely distribution while optimizing stock levels, minimizing operational delays, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Major responsibilities are:
Overseeing and managing Aftersales spare parts operation, dealer spare parts operation and principle spare parts operation.
Ensuring the operational procedures and company policies are consistently followed for spare parts operation - parts ordering, accessories ordering and spare parts warranty related operation.
Monitoring inventory levels, stock availability, and merchandise display to optimise sales and operations.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and operational flow.
Ensuring the spare parts operation meets the company complience and principle guideline.
