Responsibilities & Context
1. Project Planning & Execution
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and the preparation of requisitions for locally sourced materials.
Conduct site visits and resolve site-related challenges.
Prepare project timelines and ensure that each milestone is completed as scheduled.
Monitor VRF air-conditioning installation activities.
2. Technical Coordination
Review HVAC system designs, drawings, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Procurement, Client, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure that installations comply with applicable local regulations.
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
3. Procurement & Vendor Management
Coordinate with suppliers/SCM team to ensure the timely delivery of HVAC equipment and materials.
Coordinate with installation vendors to ensure proper and timely project execution.
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers.
4. Cost Control & Documentation
Monitor project costs and ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget.
Prepare project progress reports, assist in preparation of billing documents
Keeping records of project related all materials
Maintain accurate records of actual site measurements and obtain the client's acknowledgement
5. Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry health and safety standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality.
Ensure that project manpower uses the required safety tools & equipment
6. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
Promote high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
