Responsibilities & Context
Develop production plans and operational budgets to achieve monthly and annual output targets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual production forecasts by measuring capacity, analyzing demand, and driving significant manufacturing growth.
Supervise production teams and plant operations for maximum efficiency, quality output, and factory profitability.
Boost team productivity through continuous on-the-job and off-the-job technical coaching.
Follow up on factory floor workflows, maintenance schedules, and feedback systems in close collaboration with shift supervisors.
Strengthen resource management and cost control activities to reduce waste and maximize material yield.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic operational assistance to executive leadership.
Manage manufacturing compliance, standards, and production fulfillment for global markets, including Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
