• Age 20 to 45 years

1. Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote the company's real estate projects, land shares, plots, apartments, and other property offerings.

2. Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

3. Identify potential customers, investors, property buyers, and business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

4. Generate qualified sales leads through digital marketing, direct marketing, networking, referrals, corporate relationships, and other promotional activities.

5. Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to increase brand awareness and generate potential customers.

6. Convert prospective customers into successful sales through effective communication, product presentations, negotiation, and follow-up.

7. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients, investors, landowners, developers, and business partners.

8. Conduct property presentations, client meetings, site visits, project briefings, and negotiations to facilitate successful property transactions.

9. Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, property prices, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities.

10. Coordinate with the management team to identify new projects, land development opportunities, property listings, and potential business partnerships.

11. Prepare and execute promotional campaigns, sales presentations, brochures, project profiles, and other marketing materials.

12. Establish sales targets, monitor individual and team performance, and take necessary initiatives to improve sales productivity.

13. Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, sales leads, follow-up activities, client interactions, and sales progress through an effective reporting or CRM system.

14. Ensure professional customer service throughout the sales process, including client inquiries, booking procedures, documentation coordination, and after-sales support.

15. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including lead generation, conversion rates, sales performance, campaign results, and market feedback for management review.

16. Ensure that all marketing and sales activities comply with company policies, ethical business practices, and applicable real estate regulations.

17. Take initiatives to expand the company's customer network, strengthen brand positioning, and achieve sustainable business growth.
