Responsibilities & Context
ACI Motors has recently launched its Passenger Car Business (GWM) and requires dedicated management of technical training, warranty operations, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). Therefore, an Assistant Manager – Training, Warranty & PDI is required to develop service team capabilities, ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines, manage warranty claims, and oversee vehicle inspections to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Major responsibilities are:
Overseeing and managing PDI, warranty, service activity and Training operation as per the guideline of the Brand Principle.
Ensuring the operational procedures and company policies are consistently followed warranty operations, PDI operations and Tranings.
Monitoring the warranty rembursment process and service activity operation process.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and operational flow.
Ensuring proper reporting for Warranty, service activity and PDIs.
