Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing strategies to increase low-cost or no-cost deposit portfolios through collection and payments solutions. This could include incentives for clients to use CityLive for their banking needs, such as discounts on transaction fees or interest rate benefits.
∎ Enhance business revenue by focused opportunity identification and structuring of working capital solutions (Liability products) in partnership with other business divisions of the bank or other relationship management team & operations.
∎ Manage the implementation of cash management solutions for clients, including defining project scope, gathering requirements, and developing implementation plans.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.
∎ Document implementation processes, best practices, and lessons learned to improve efficiency and scalability for future implementations.
∎ Coordinate and implement all cash management related deals with coordination with IT, CMO and respective RMs.
∎ Coordinate with third-party vendors or partners as needed to integrate additional services or functionalities into the cash management solutions.
∎ Provide training and support to clients on how to use the cash management solutions effectively, including documentation, demonstrations, and troubleshooting assistance.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and technical support, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of solutions·
∎ Prepare & manage Cash Management Service proposals, presentations, pricing approvals etc.
∎ Enhance business revenue by focused opportunity identification and structuring of working capital solutions (Liability products) in partnership with WB, RBD or others relationship management team & operations·
∎ Maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, security standards, and internal policies throughout the implementation process.
