∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute, manage and coordinate all types of plot sales activities as guided by the Management
∎ Coordinate with Sales team in regular activities
∎ Achieve agreed targets of sales, volume, turnover etc. within given deadline
∎ Generate report time to time in assigned function and formulate recommendation for increasing 'Plot sales'
∎ Build company image/goodwill which leads to sustainable growth and productivity

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have excellent performance track record in 'Plot sales' of Housing Company or Land Developers
∎ Excellent negotiation and communication skill
∎ Ability to cope with constant changes under stress
∎ Excellent coordination and organizing capacity
∎ Analytical reporting skill
∎ Basic computer literacy and ability to communicate online

Salary: Negotiable
