Job Responsibilities:
∎ TO EARN BUSINESS AND MAXIMIZE PROFIT FOR THE COMPANY BY:
∎ Service Engineers have to repair and service all the machinery and equipment present in a company's manufacturing units
∎ Service Engineers have to know about all the latest machinery that is available in the market.
∎ Ensure territory Sales target and evaluate dealer performance.
∎ Organize and monitoring Sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
∎ Collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain update about the industry.
∎ Timely collection of money from the field.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of new assigned areas.
∎ Establishing maintaining and expanding customer base.
∎ Ensure timely overdue collection from new areas.
∎ Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Allocating areas to sales representatives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ For Officer Sales & Services required minimum 3 to 5 years field experience. (Water Pump)
