Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at IALO Limited, you will play a crucial role in shaping our public image and maintaining strong relationships with the media, clients, and the community.
∎ Developing and implementing PR strategies and campaigns to enhance the company's image and reputation.
∎ Building and nurturing relationships with media professionals, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
∎ Creating compelling press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
∎ Managing and monitoring social media accounts and online presence.
∎ Organizing and coordinating public events, conferences, and interviews.
∎ Crisis management and communication, as necessary.
∎ Analyzing and reporting on PR efforts and their impact on the company's goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of relevant field/client-servicing-related experience are preferable. Dynamic, fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Proven experience in a Public Relations role, with a strong portfolio.
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
∎ Creativity and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and handle crises effectively.
∎ Experience with MS Office is a MUST.
