Job Context:
∎ Position: Asst. Manager/ Manager (Mid-Level)
∎ Office Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning any government, corporate event, and activations from start to finish according to client requirements, target audience and objectives.
∎ Understand the client's objectives and look at ways we can help them to meet these objectives in each and every campaign.
∎ Come up with appropriate and effective ideas & suggestions to enhance the corresponding events & activations mileage/success.
∎ Developing & design promotional ideas for events & activations, implementing new trends & strategies.
∎ Analyzing corresponding events and activations and preparing post activity/project reports.
∎ Prepare tender/Technical proposals to different Govt./INGO projects.
∎ To work closely with our regular clients to design and develop innovative- event- and BTL activation ideas and deliver to clients.
∎ Work closely with the BTL operations and creative team to deliver the projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL or in a similar industry
∎ Good team player & communication Skill.
∎ Good knowledge of XL, PPT, Word, emailing - and very tech savvy
∎ Experience in a position which involves media handling; development sector experience, digital marketing will add value.
∎ Ability to work fast, effectively, and independently in often high-pressure environments, working with different teams to deliver maximum output.
∎ Understanding of and ability to use social and digital media to increase opportunity.
∎ Excellent training, facilitation, and team building skills. Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
∎ Eagerness to spend extra hours for office work and project visits to meet the deadline & quality.
