Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales targets set by the company and contribute to the overall sales objectives.
∎ Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
∎ Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to customers.
∎ Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
∎ Provide timely and responsive customer support to address inquiries, concerns, and issues.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
∎ Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required.
∎ This is a full-time position. We are looking for individuals who can think laterally and possess a sound understanding of sales marketing principles. Please read carefully before applying for this position.
