Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Sales performance, Monitoring and Reporting, Supervision, Team work.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure regular sales of Sakura Water products to achieve sales target.
∎ Visit outlets as per regular market visit plan.
∎ Ensure that the dealers and retailers are addressing the product display and product hygiene issues with care.
∎ Inform the respective authority of the non-saleable, twisted and short- dated products for necessary corrective actions.
∎ Conduct On- the- Job-Training (OJT) on regular basis to keep the dealers and retailers updated on the product knowledge, promotional activities, upcoming products etc.
∎ Create sales report and provide daily sales reports to authority.
∎ Compile and provide the customers feedback regarding products to the immediate supervisors.
∎ Report to authorities about various consumer programs of competitor companies.
∎ Strive hard and keep the retailers on right track so that the set target is achieved every month.
∎ Prepare required documents like TA report, leave application, etc., on time and submit them for approval.
