Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting major and/or CA from any reputed institute. [Post-graduates in Accounting or similar subject will get preference.]
∎ Skills Required: Sales performance, Monitoring and Reporting, Supervision, Team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Running of the day-to-day financial requirements of the Company from administrative to accounting/bookkeeping requirements Month end accounts reconciliation of Balance sheet items
∎ Financial reporting and audit support
∎ Ensure accuracy of Fixed Assets entry and depreciation
∎ Support for various account / government funding applications as required
∎ Set up of new employees in relevant payroll systems
∎ Accounts payable and receivable functions, including banking, invoicing, processing, and debt collection where necessary
∎ Monitor and improve company systems, financial policies, and procedures
∎ To monitor and controlling all receivables and payables on daily basis
∎ Have a good knowledge about VAT and Tax and maintain all the payment files of VAT and Tax.
∎ Record and follow up daily transaction in Tally ERP system
∎ Audit the Tally ERP monthly and make sure it is running flawlessly
∎ Prepare monthly cash flow statement
∎ Fulfil other duties as required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as an Accountant in any manufacturing industry
∎ Must have operated Tally/SAP/other ERP software.
∎ Must have relevant work experience in food/beverage or other consumer goods
∎ manufacturing industry.
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated, hard-working, career and customer service focused.
∎ Strong oral, written and typing communications skills in English & Bengali language.
∎ In-depth knowledge of ERP software and MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
