Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets (volume and revenue)
∎ Demonstrate sound product knowledge to support customers effectively
∎ Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty
∎ Maintain attractive and organized product displays
∎ Ensure a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing outlet environment
∎ Record daily sales activities and maintain logs
∎ Prepare and submit regular summary reports (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
∎ Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
∎ Share insights with relevant departments regarding customer behavior and market trends
∎ Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety protocols
∎ Assist in managing team conduct and follow disciplinary procedures as required
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the management
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives
