Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide front line support for Registrar's Office including telephone, mail, and responding to student, faculty, staff, and general public requests and inquiries
∎ Maintain a current understanding of academic policies, procedures, and processes related to student records and professionally communicate these to faculty, students, and staff
∎ Compiling and maintain an up to date of official records.
∎ Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective operations of Registrar's Office
∎ Preparing reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum one year of related experience, preferably in an academic setting
∎ Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse student populations
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
