• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

• Should have knowledge about narrow fabrics, all types of elastic, tape, drawstring, printed labels, shoelace items.

• Must be able to make costing.

• Receive development queries from CS & Marketing, review requirements, and plan accordingly.

• Analyze material details, production scope, and technical aspects; share instructions with subordinates to ensure quality.

• Collect all customer test requirements at the start and align development to meet them.

• Coordinate with SCM for material sourcing, pricing, and sample submission timelines.

• Prepare costing and selling prices considering approval parameters; maintain item-wise costing and approval records.

• Monitor production process, identify potential bulk issues, and communicate limitations early to CS & Marketing.

• Keep detailed records of development parameters (machine settings, design layouts, washing & chemical recipes).

• Manage customer approvals: maintain signed master approvals, issue approval copies for execution, and renew as needed.

• Create BOM & Routing in Oracle, and provide accurate development details on approval cards.

• Track and report sample production activities, monitor delivery performance, share knowledge with colleagues, and ensure timely, quality output.
