∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacy, Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In Process checking in granulation, compression, coating and packing area including documentation.
∎ Collection of samples (i.e Control sample, stability sample, blend sample, finished product sample, wash water sample etc.) for analysis.
∎ Line clearance of production and packing area and material weight checking.
∎ AQL inspection of bulk finished product and packed finished product.
∎ Conduct validation, qualification & online documentation review.
∎ Environmental monitoring of production area.
∎ Checking of scrap material.
∎ Daily cGMP observation in production area.
∎ BMR, BPR review & batch release in SAP.
∎ APR preparation & data trending.
∎ Monitoring of compliance with GMP requirements.
∎ Inspection, investigation and taking of samples in order to monitor factors that may affect product quality.
∎ To evaluate batch records.
∎ To ensue establishment, implementation and maintenance of the quality system.
∎ Monitoring of storage conditions of warehouse area.
∎ Monitoring of plant hygiene.
∎ Monitoring of suppliers of materials.
∎ Monitoring of contract manufacturers.
