Responsibilities & Context:
Check raw materials, packaging materials and finished products for Edible Oil and Dairy products as per national and international standard.
Monitor all SOP, compliance, calibration and personal hygiene of factory premises.
Responsible to operate sophisticated instrument like as UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, NIR, HPLC etc. in the laboratory.
Prepare and review of method validation protocols and reports.
To be followed GLP & GHP rules.
Maintain all controlled documents in a timely and accurate manner in the laboratory.
Monitor abnormality of production premises.
