Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procuring local materials for the entire Group.
∎ Co-ordination with user receiving purchase requisition & analysis the needs accordingly.
∎ Prepare CS & take approval from Manager/GM.
∎ Prepare purchase order as per requirement & follow-up with the supplier for on time delivery.
∎ Liaise with the store personnel in order to confirm the receipt of goods / materials and to find out any discrepancies with regard to quality, quantity, or any other perimeters.
∎ Collect challans/ MRR from the concern store.
∎ Prepare bills & Submit to accounts department for on time payment.
∎ Follow-up regularly with accounts department for on time fund release in order to ensure smooth supply.
∎ Regular visit to the market to find new vendors & to get actual price of the materials.
∎ Ensure efficient procurement according to SOP.
