Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality control

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare production plan and target for market demand and ultimate goal.
∎ To responsible for providing technical assistance for capacity building of supervisors and production workers.
∎ To maintain main raw materials (live birds) receiving
∎ To maintain product quantity and quality.
∎ To responsible for monitoring vehicle temperature
∎ To responsible for packaging products quality maintain,
∎ To responsible to fulfill market demand, packing and checking before delivery.
∎ To provides the quality control services both in day & night shift.
∎ To responsible to supervise and develop skill of supervisors and production workers.
∎ To responsible for monitoring, evaluation and output analysis of production
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
