Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have B.Sc (Hon's) in Fisheries with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Hatchery Manager/ In Charge to prepare the annual production plan and budget
∎ Prepare action plan to produce fish spawn/fry and other products as per annual production plan
∎ Ensure the preparatory works like pond preparation, brood stocking and rearing, hatchery disinfection, material acquisition etc are accomplished timely and appropriately
∎ Confirm the breeding, feeding and other production processes are executed as per Standard Operating Procedure to maintain the desired quality and efficiency
∎ Maintain and update all production registers and other documents as per official requirements
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates.
∎ Experience in relevant field will be given preference
∎ Have practical knowledge on production planning and production process
∎ Basic knowledge in planning and execution of research works as well as product evaluation activities.
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have skill of multitasking
∎ Able to work under stress situation
∎ Able to manage any unwanted situation
