Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have Bachelors/ Masters (BSc/ MSc) in Fisheries with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Manager in Planning, Budgeting and implementing to achieve common goals
∎ Prepare Yearly production plan and implementation of quality product
∎ Prepare feeding chart and ensuring the feeding timely and properly
∎ Distinguish of male and female fish, rearing to make ready for breeding
∎ Maintain of all breeding technique properly
∎ Ensure all production work by honestly. Ensuring the proper working environment with utilizing resources.
∎ Staff supervision with utilizing maximum efforts.
∎ Maintain all production register properly and provide to respective authorities
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experience in same sector will be given preference
∎ Must be skilled in computer application, particularly in MS word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in fisheries science, basic commercial awareness
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
