Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor/ Honors in CSE, Management Information System or any other relevant subject from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Erp software

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Management Information System, Procurement, Procurement Software Orientation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT support to procurement team as required.
∎ Prepare reports on procurement as required and expectations from HCMP Management.
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.
∎ Provide ERP Support to ERP Users of HCMP Procurement Team.
∎ Troubleshoot all BRAC Procurement Management System (BPMS) software issues.
∎ Maintain all documentation related to procurement of goods and services.
∎ Compile dada, verify accuracy of data and sort data & information to prepare source for necessary data entry.
∎ Keep record of all purchase requisitions in spreadsheet.
∎ Ensure and manage requisition entry in BRAC Procurement Management System (BPMS) Software.
∎ Manage Bill, Challan entry in BRAC Procurement Management System (BPMS) Software.
∎ Scan and record all Procurement related documents.
∎ Download quotations & print all documents timely.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Have excellent reporting skill.

∎ Have ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
∎ Have ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
∎ Have excellent knowledge on MS Office Applications.
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bengali.
