Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Statistics/MIS/Economics/Social Science from any Govt. approved Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that monitoring tools, computerized data base system and reporting mechanism is rightly placed and functional.
∎ Assist and Monitor implementation of the project components in field is rightly implemented.
∎ Record, manage and store monitoring data electronically and manually in a safe and accessible way.
∎ Knowledge of Logical framework is essential.
∎ Reporting and Documentation including preparing case studies.
∎ Learning and Sharing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years working experience in Monitoring & Evaluation Sector in any development organization.
∎ Computer: Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office Software Package.
∎ Good Communication skills both in writing and speaking

The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
