Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Graduation/ Masters in any subject (Fisheries preferable) with minimum CGPA 2.00/ 2nd division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: A degree in Operations Management will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fisheries, Monitoring and Evaluation, Monitoring and Reporting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data collection and analysis of water parameters
∎ Daily record keeping for production and sales, income and expenses
∎ Works Scheduling, Prioritization & Implementation in the mentioned time frame in agreement.
∎ Assist to Strengthen of the cohort breeding hatchery system (CBHS) for tilapia
∎ Assist to procure the project materials with maintaining systematic procedures
∎ Provide necessary reports and documents to World Fish and respective persons.
∎ Implementing the all types of infrastructure development
∎ Conduct and support to the multiplier hatcheries
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound communication skill in English to communicate with foreign delegates
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in production process, raw Materials sourcing and management, quality control, supply chain management, budgeting
∎ Must be skilled in problem identification and solving, field operations, time management, interpersonal relationship,
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and reporting, dealing with ambiguity, relationship building, developing Others, independent decision making, thinking out of box.
∎ Must have self-awareness, analytical ability, courage, prioritizing capacity and must be future Oriented.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
