• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in MIS, Financial Analysis, or Business Intelligence, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

• Skills: Expertise in advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).     

• Communication: The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Financial Planning & Control: Lead the preparation of Budgets and conduct rigorous Budget Variance Analysis to monitor performance against financial targets, offering actionable insights to management.

• Strategic Evaluation: Perform in-depth Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) for new initiatives and capital expenditures to evaluate their financial viability and support sound investment decisions.

• Performance Monitoring: Execute robust Ratio Analysis (profitability, liquidity, efficiency, etc.) to assess the bank's financial health and identify areas for operational improvement.

• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Lead Dashboard preparation using BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) to create visually compelling, real-time reports for senior leadership.

• Data Modeling: Conduct Details Data Analysis and financial modeling on large datasets to uncover strategic trends, predict business outcomes, and drive evidence-based strategy.
