∎ JOB TITLE : Officer, Marketing & operation
∎ BUSINESS LINE : Design and Build(Interior & Exterior)
∎ REPORTS TO (JOB TITLE) : CEO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting with prospective clients with the specific services.
∎ Visit and Search for related work at various office, location , under construction site, etc.
∎ Tender document preparation, review and submission.
∎ Official FB profile Manage.
∎ BOQ preparation and submission.
∎ Payment correspondence with clients and smooth workflow monitoring.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh or 1-2 Years in the Building/Interior Industry.
∎ Soft skills: Creativity and Innovation, Presentation skill, Communication skill
∎ Language proficiency: Fluent in Bangla, English, Good writing skill.
∎ Computer literacy: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS office,(optional: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
