Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day Administrative tasks and handling marketing activities which will require field level work such as market survey on specifications, pricing of non-salebale items, looking for new locations for Coffee World (CW), going to printing press/ company for marketing activities etc. The position requires to work beyond office hour specially duirng any projects/ campaign, during Eid or other government holidays.
∎ Planning & implementation of all marketing activities in Coffee World
∎ Prepare online marketing plans in order to maximize visibility on social media
∎ Organizing marketing collateral
∎ Work closely with groups' media support unit
∎ Weekly & monthly report on Marketing activities (Pre and post campaign)
∎ Be constantly updated about market / competitors' and prepare strategies to operations
∎ Coordinate photo shoots for events or any new products promotions as necessary
∎ Maintain updated database of all clients / customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Basic knowledge of Photography and visual designing
∎ Should be creative, energetic and ready to learn
∎ Preferable experience in Event management and marketing campaign
∎ Sound communication skills over English
∎ Good IT skills (Ms Excel and Power point)
