Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Marketing from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement marketing strategies according to the marketing calendar effectively and efficiently.
∎ Organize marketing campaigns in the communities of clinics.
∎ Coordinate different promotional and media events.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the impact of marketing activates using appropriate means
∎ Develop relationships with electronic & print media and generate media opportunities.
∎ Collect market intelligence data from the clinic areas and share/use it to take marketing initiatives.
∎ Search for corporate organizations to enhance marketing opportunities.
∎ Assist to develop marketing and communication materials such as brochures, posters, leaflets, stickers, documentary, video clip, TV and radio spots.
∎ Precative role in the production and distribution of different promotional/campaign materials.
∎ Design IEC materials for different marketing campaigns and regular marketing activities with the guidance of the line manager.
∎ Communicate and follow up with the selected agency to ensure quality production timely.
∎ Development of inhouse electronic IEC materials and necessary editing.
∎ Assist in creative planning and execution to create demand to increase client.
∎ Oversee the clinic branding, signage, client experiences (look & feel)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in reputed organization.
∎ Experiences in Brand Marketing, Field Marketing & Marketing Communications will be given preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Graphics Design
