The candidate should have Graduated in any discipline (preferably in science background) with a minimum GPA 2.5 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from reputed university/ institutions.

• Responsible for setting targets and monitoring achievements of health promoter

• Engage with local stakeholders where the centers are located and foster strong long-term relationships

• Gain insights by identifying and analyzing market competitive actors' practices

• Implement outreach activities like health camps and client engagements campaigns to generate buzz and awareness amongst urban clients

• Establish key relationships with local opinion leaders for influence campaigns to build trust and confidence in the health centers

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support,guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
