• Prior experience in liaison, administration or logistics will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of traffic laws, vehicle documentation and regulatory compliance.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters tactfully.

• Address and resolve police-related issues concerning company vehicles while on the road.

• Manage settlement of police cases involving company vehicles and arrange withdrawal of seized vehicle documents.

• Advise and assist drivers regarding toll payments and other regulatory requirements during trips.

• Ensure timely renewal, updating, and safekeeping of all documents related to company vehicles (registration, fitness, insurance, permits, etc.).

• Maintain proper records and organized storage of all company vehicle-related documents.

• Deliver company product gift boxes to police officers and concerned stakeholders as per management instructions.

• Ensure liaison support and integrity in day-to-day tasks that will have been assigned by the reporting manager/supervisor based on job scope.
