Prior experience in liaison, administration or logistics will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of traffic laws, vehicle documentation and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters tactfully.
Responsibilities & Context:
Address and resolve police-related issues concerning company vehicles while on the road.
Manage settlement of police cases involving company vehicles and arrange withdrawal of seized vehicle documents.
Advise and assist drivers regarding toll payments and other regulatory requirements during trips.
Ensure timely renewal, updating, and safekeeping of all documents related to company vehicles (registration, fitness, insurance, permits, etc.).
Maintain proper records and organized storage of all company vehicle-related documents.
Deliver company product gift boxes to police officers and concerned stakeholders as per management instructions.
Ensure liaison support and integrity in day-to-day tasks that will have been assigned by the reporting manager/supervisor based on job scope.
