Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / Bachelor's / Masters.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well experienced in procurement of joint venture development project.
∎ Well experienced in understanding of land related papers and procedures.
∎ Must require dynamic negotiation skill.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management and as per company's requirements.
∎ Collect prospective land information through different media and ensure feasibility with the proper market survey.
∎ Proper land measurement and providing actual information to management.
∎ Checking all types of land measuring documents.
∎ Able to maintain and develop strong relationship with Govt. offices such as civil court, union land office, AC land office, Surveyor office, Settlement office, Registration office, DC office, and other agencies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal communication skill, conflict-resolution skills
∎ Strong command on English
∎ Advanced knowledge on Computer operating system.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge on land/flat related papers.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Real Estate sector for joint venture land procurement.

Salary: Negotiable
