Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform as a leader of all the sales & marketing personnel.
∎ Set the monthly sales target through all the members and follow up to achieve the target.
∎ Plan for sales promotion & marketing and subsequently monitor the execution.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ Proper maintenance of files & documents relating to land affairs confidentially.
∎ Incumbent should have proper knowledge to handling all kinds of relevant matters of the Organization and maintain liaison with relevant authorities.
∎ Preparing detailed project estimation by estimating the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) & Materials of Quantity (MOQ) of all projects independently.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the billing and costing matter, BOQ, knowledge about civil construction works, construction cost estimation of real estate sector.
∎ Identify market behavior, threats & opportunities, competitor’s strategy and customer trends to review procurement, sales & marketing strategy.
∎ Regular monitoring of price negotiation, terms & conditions and others issues with suppliers.
∎ Ensure company policies in every stage.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ 10 to 12 year(s) practical experience in Land & Real Estate Sector
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land Procurement/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, hardworking, well organized, self-driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality. Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skill, honesty, proactive, hardworking and ability to calm under pressure.
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package, excellent interpersonal & leadership skill, and good command over written & spoken English.
