Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build a strong customer relationship with potential and existing clients
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients
∎ Maintain customer database report follow ups to the reporting person
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers
∎ Will have to make extensive phone calls
∎ Should take the challenge to generate positive leads
∎ Should be confident in Telemarketing
∎ Excellent telephone manner, personality and ability to establish a rapport
∎ Should have good convincing skill
∎ Should give clear information to the customer about our products
∎ Persuading potential customers to purchase the service
∎ Excellent Communication skill with great strategy for creating the desired client
∎ Contacting businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for services
∎ Obtaining new contact names, telephone numbers, and email address of prospects
∎ Supporting marketing team regarding market analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 2 year(s) experience in Sales & Marketing Department of any reputed Real Estate Company. Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
