∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Marketing, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
∎ Managing sales of residential projects to meet the targets.
∎ Properly maintain the monthly sales and collection target.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Maintain customer database in excel and report follow ups to the reporting person.
∎ Preparing sales and collection reports and other reports assigned by the management.
∎ Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone.
∎ Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
∎ Receive and attain customer complaints and ensure service delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ Computer literacy is must- MS Office Suite.
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Salary: Negotiable
