Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure Operating System and others Applications
∎ Install, Repair/Service Hardware for Computer, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, UPS
∎ Install and Configure network devices Switch, Router and Wi-Fi devices
∎ Install and configure CCTV Camera, Attendance devices
∎ Configure MikroTik, Cisco devices
∎ Maintain Security Firewall
∎ Ensure smooth operation for others officials’ devices

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant must be able to finish task within time frame
∎ Smooth communication skill in verbal and written
∎ Good appearance and behavior
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): New IT device Installation, Hardware troubleshooting, PC Installation and Repair.
∎ Certifications by any CISCO Certified programs
∎ Certifications by any MikroTik Certified programs
∎ Citrix Certified Associate.
∎ Wireshark Network Analyst.
∎ AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
∎ VCP-DCV: VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization.
∎ Expert in PC OS and others Software troubleshooting
∎ Expert in Hardware repairing
∎ Expert in Networking, Cable installation
∎ Expert in PC, Printer, Scanner troubleshooting
∎ Expert in Device Driver related troubleshooting
