Responsibilities & Context:
Network setup and troubleshooting.
Communicate with vendors to ensure technical support.
Provide IT support and troubleshoot at the user end.
Install, configure and maintain software and hardware.
Set up and monitor server and storage functions.
Investigating, diagnosing and solving all IT-related equipment faults and resolve accordingly.
Manage and troubleshoot problems related to IT equipment.
Manage and troubleshoot for CCTV surveillance.
