Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. in Chemistry /Bio Chemistry from any reputed University. Public University will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Evaluation, control of Finished Goods, stability samples with respect to physical and quality standard.
∎ Checking of all data of raw materials, FG & intermediate bulk sample.
∎ Checking the process, Packaging & storing finished products.
∎ Monitoring housekeeping ,sensitization & hygienic condition in major & critical area
∎ Preparation of SOP for sensitization and other departmental activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring sampling of intermediate bulk, raw water, DM water and finished products as per in-house approved procedure.
∎ Supervising of destroying of expired samples and additional sample safely by stringent follow-up and employing standard procedure of disposal of such chemicals
∎ Manufacture product as per BPR/BMR
∎ Giving line clearance for manufacturing and packing operation on day to day basis
∎ Checking online weight variation and physical criteria of FG and Terminal Inspection
∎ Ensure reporting any abnormality observed which may lead to product quality to the immediate superior for corrective and preventive action & to maintain records.
∎ Accounting the FG that transfer to FG store with AOQL
∎ Checking the process of manufacturing & packing operations and to ensure
∎ same are executed to the compliance to SOPs.
∎ Ensuring proper records maintained on line of all key activities performed.
∎ To obtain required training to enhance skill to perform consistent quality job
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Competent on MS Excel, MS-Office, ERP -SAP
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Willing to work in shifting duty.
∎ Position needs to stay near factory situated near Bangladesh Machine Tools, Gazipur.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The incumbent shall be entitled for Festive Bonus, Gratuity and others benefits as per service rule of Emami Bangladesh Ltd.
