Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC) from reputed audit firm
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all type of voucher and report to immediate supervisor
∎ Check Bank reconciliation report to immediate supervisor
∎ Ensure the physical verification of Inventory & prepare report for management
∎ Identify the risk in process and give possible solution
∎ Facilitate to ensure the implementation of internal policy and procedure
∎ Check Input-Output analysis (RM to FG)
∎ Check the capacity utilization of Assets
∎ Ensure the physical verification of cash in hand (Factory petty cash)
∎ Check the aging of Advance paid to supplier
∎ Check VAT Rebate Reconciliation
∎ Conduct physical verification of fixed assets with assets register
∎ Participate at field visit as when required for audit purpose
∎ Check the aging of Salary Advance paid to employee
∎ Check the aging of Accounts Payable & Receivable
∎ Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review
∎ Assist to prepare Departmental Policy & Procedure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Have sound knowledge in office Package & ERP based Software and Advance level of Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
