∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ 1-2 year(s) of experience in institutional or corporate sales of pharma OTC products or FMCG products is preferred
∎ Target oriented with a 'can do' attitude
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have strong English communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Must know motorbike driving and must have a valid driving license
∎ 1-2 year(s) of experience in institutional or corporate sales of pharma OTC products or FMCG products is preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit various potential institutes, corporate houses, hospitals, clinics, garments, different industries & other Govt. & Non-Govt. organizations to build professional relationship with key personnel for product selling as well as to develop company's goodwill.
∎ Identify and develop potential institutional business opportunities in both government, NGO and private sectors.
∎ Find out the way to sell product in different National level & Mega events.
∎ Arrange different meetings between organizational chief/ responsible officials with SMC Enterprise Senior Management of Sales division for promotion & product selling agreement.
∎ Prepare draft quotation for approval, participate tender in consultation with supervisor.
∎ Achieve monthly & yearly institutional/corporate sales target given by Sales Manager.
∎ Address customers complaint as per the company SOP.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of the sales process, progress and performance for present and future reference.
