Experience:

• At least 1 year

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• At least 1 year

• Age At most 34 years

• Experience in institutional or corporate sales of pharma OTC products or FMCG products is preferred

• Target oriented with a `can do` attitude

• Hard working and ability to work under pressure

• Should have strong English communication and interpersonal skills

• Must know motorbike driving and must have a valid driving license

• Visit various potential institutes, corporate houses, hospitals, clinics, garments, different industries & other Govt. & Non-Govt. organizations to build professional relationship with key personnel for product selling as well as to develop company`s goodwill.

• Identify and develop potential institutional business opportunities in both government, NGO and private sectors.

• Find out the way to sell product in different National level & Mega events.

• Arrange different meetings between organizational chief/ responsible officials with SMC Enterprise Senior Management of Sales division for promotion & product selling agreement.

• Prepare draft quotation for approval, participate tender in consultation with supervisor.

• Achieve monthly & yearly institutional/corporate sales target given by Sales Manager.

• Address customers complaint as per the company SOP.

• Ensure proper documentation of the sales process, progress and performance for present and future reference.
