∎ Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting inspections of Bank premises for identifying required repair/maintenance works.
∎ Ensuring repair and maintenance of fixed assets of both head office, existing and upcoming new branches.
∎ Maintaining schedule of vendors for necessary repair and maintenance.
∎ To carry out supervision of all repair/maintenance and installation activities.
∎ Controlling and monitoring of inventories.
∎ Assist vendors while performing maintenance work on bank premises.
∎ Keeping detailed records of workouts.
∎ Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
