- To determine SMV, Arrange & Design guide feed & folder on time (Pre-Production Attachments).
- To analyze productivity & calculate efficiency.

- To ensure time and motion study for all styles.
- To eliminate all sort of waste from production process.
- To reduce number of helpers.
